About NetworkAnalyzer

NetworkAnalyzer is a flash-based online software environment which enables biologists to easily visualize and analyze high-throughput experimental data in the context of complex protein network hypotheses, peform quantitative simulations, collaborate with colleagues, and publish experiments and analysis.

NetworkAnalyzer is distributed under the
MIT license. Source code will be available from our SVN server.

Installation

  1. Install third party software
  2. Checkout source code from repository
  3. Setup MySQL database
    1. Install /db/schema.sql
    2. Install /db/procedures.sql
    3. Edit MXML configuration file src/edu/stanford/covertlab/networkanalyzer/data/AboutData.mxml
    4. Edit PHP configuration file /bin/configuration.php
  4. Install AMPPHP services
  5. Compile application /src/edu/stanford/covertlab/networkanalyzer/build.bat
  6. Run application /bin/NetworkAnalyzer.swf
  7. Edit source code using FlashDevelop
