My research interests are in the application of computational and experimental systems biology to translational medicine. In particular, I'm interested in intra- and intercellular signaling. Currently, I am developing web-based software for visualizing and analyzing flow cytometry data and collaborating with Jonathan Irish, a postdoc in Ron Levy's lab to apply the software to clinical follicular lymphoma data.
